This is to inform the general public that the blogs created by two individuals Mr.Sunirmal Das and Mr. S K Furkan in the name and style as http:/www.pancardclubs.blogspot.com and http:/www.pancardclubs-asansol.blogspot.com have been created without any knowledge or permission from the company and had included certain words like Approved by SEBI etc. and are since removed. We, Pancard Clubs Limited disown the said blogs and its contents and would like to intimate the public at large that the company has taken necessary action against both the persons for their unauthorized acts. If any person has opted for any holiday option of the company based on the contents of the blog and, if they are not willing to continue the said holiday options then they can write / email to the company about their intention to discontinue at addresses mentioned below. On receipts of such requests, the company shall take appropriate action.

"The Company in its Board Meeting held on 29th April 2010 has recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 5:1 i.e. Five bonus shares for one share held subject to the approval from Share holders through Postal ballot .

The Board has also recommended an interim Dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- (50%) per share of Rs. 5/- each on 1,29,57,500 equity shares , the record date for the same has been fixed as 6th May 2010 "
