2.      How many people can stay in a room?
Ans.
Under the terms of Membership, a couple & child below five years age shall be allowed to stay in the        room.

3.     If more people are traveling with the member, what are the services and the additional cost          involved?
Ans.
Extra person if any, shall be charged as per the tariff card of the respective hotel.

4.     How many days in advance must I make my booking?
Ans.
The booking of the room nights should be done at least three months in advance to get the booking        dates as per your requirement.

5.     Can I carry forward unused days to subsequent years till the expiry of the plan period.
Ans.
Yes, you can carry forward unused room nights to the subsequent years till the expiry of plan        period.

6.     Can I split the available days during the entire plan period at any time during the plan          period?
Ans.

:: Medical Insurance ::
 


1.      Is the coverage for a family or for an individual?
Ans.
The coverage is for the member & his/her spouse.

2.     Does it cover doctors fees and prescription drug cost?
Ans.
Expenses incurred on diagnostic purposes is not included under the terms of coverage. Hence,        expenses incurred on hospitalization are only liable for reimbursement. Please refer to the details        terms & conditions of the New India Assurance Company Ltd.

3.     What are the formalities to be complied with while becoming a member?
Ans.
A mediclaim proposal form is required to be filled up by the member & the spouse. Two stamps size        colour photographs are to be attached along with the mediclaim proposal form. You may download        the mediclaim form from our website.

4.     Where do I get claim forms and lodge my claims?
Ans.
The claim forms are available at our site www.panoramicindia.com There are also available from all        above hotel locations in India and from our office in Mumbai at the following address:

5.     Can I lodge my claims after I am back in the US?
Ans. It is advise that the claim should be lodged with the insurance company while you are in India so that paper work          required if any can be done immediately.

6.     Will my claim be settled in US dollars?
Ans. The claim will be settled in non-repatriable rupees.

 
:: Collecting Mails ::
 

1.     Can my mails be forwarded to my US address?
Ans. Yes, we can forward your mails at your desired frequency to your address at your cost.

2.     How do I pay for sending my mails to my US address?
Ans. An amount of $75 would be kept as an ongoing amount in your account for expanding the mail costs. This          would be replenished once it falls below $25 by using your ongoing authorization to use your credit card.

3.     When can I have my mailing address allotted to me?

Ans. Within two weeks of becoming a member.

4.     Can you help me sent letters for changing my mailing address?
Ans. Yes. The additional cost for mailing would be recovered out of $ 75 held by us on your behalf for this purpose.         You will need to submit to us the details of addresses, account numbers and such other details for conveying to          the addressees.

5.     Can you help me sent my mails to my US address under an insured package?
Ans. Yes, at additional administrative charges i.e. postage & courier etc.

 
:: Traveling ::
 

1.     Can I be picked up from the airport?
Ans. We can arrange for pick up only from Mumbai International Airport.

2.     How many miles are offered to us?
Ans. Under Gold Membership Scheme we are offering 600 miles whereas under Diamond Membership Scheme         1200 miles are offered. However, every time 125 miles usage should be done & will be deducted from the free         miles allotted.

3.     Can I extend the available distance? If so, at what cost?
Ans. Yes you can. The cost will vary depending on the type of vehicle used. Normally a rate of Rs. 13/- per mile is         charged & every time 125 miles usage should be done & will be deducted from the free miles allotted.

4.     Will the car be air-conditioned?
Ans. Yes, the car shall be air-conditioned.

5.     How many people can travel in a car other than the driver?
Ans. 4

6.     Can I have a bigger car?
Ans. Yes. You need to book one three months in advance. They will be an extra cost depending on the type of the          vehicle required.

7.     Can I choose the color of my car or make of my car?
Ans. Yes, subject to availability.

8.     Can I use all my entitlement at one time or at any other manner at my convenience?
Ans. Yes

9.     Can you provide escorts?
Ans. Yes, we can provide escorts with additional cost (Rs. 1000/- per day).

10.   Can I drive the car not using a driver?
Ans. No, since this would raise insurance issues. However, we can help you rent a car.

2.     What is covered by free tour and travel guidance?
Ans. Assistance to plan your itinerary while visiting India.

3.     Can you make our bookings for travel in India?
Ans. Yes

4.      Are free room nights available with your affiliates?
Ans. Yes, these are available with our affiliates of your choice.

 
: Discount Facilities :
 

1.     What are the various locations of your restaurants?
Ans. We have restaurants located in all our hotels. Please refer to the addresses of the hotel

2.      Is the 15% discount on food and beverages?
Ans. Yes

3.     What are the charges for diagnostic facilities and what discount is available?
Ans. 5% discount is available on such facilities.

4.     At what locations are these diagnostic facilities available?

Ans. Initially it will be available in Mumbai.

5.     What is covered under discounted property management?
Ans. Payment of taxes and other recurring dues, rent collection and deposit and such other property related service as          required.

6.     Can you remit the rent amount collected by you to my account in the US?

Ans. This is subject to exchange regulations as applicable in India. In general such amounts can not be remitted in US          Dollars.

7.     Do you follow up on rent payments?
Ans. Yes. There will be additional administrative cost for mailing such reminders.

8.     Will you inform me of defaults in rent payments?
Ans. Yes. There will be additional administrative cost.

9.     Can you collect rent in cash and deposit in my account?

Ans. Yes. The additional administrative cost will be to your account.

10.   Can you obtain transcripts from any part of India?
Ans. Yes. The additional administrative cost will be to your account

11.   Are discounted attorney services available any where in India?
Ans. Yes

12.   What are the approx cost of doing affidavits, wills and notary services?
Ans. Approximately $10 for affidavit and notary services and $50 for Wills

13.   What religious rituals can you take care of and at what religious location?
Ans. We can provide assistance for carrying out any required religious rituals at any given location.

14.   Can you explain matrimonial investigative services?
Ans. This service maintains complete confidentiality. We can help with horoscopes, palm readings, reading and          matching of horoscopes and personal investigations through private agencies.

15.   What would you need to do my Patrika (Horoscope)?
Ans. Your birth date, birth place and time in hours & minutes.

16.   Can you keep my personal information confidential?
Ans. Yes. Your personal information would be kept confidential.

1.      Is there any flexibility in the facilities offered?
Ans. Yes, the beauty of the plan is in its complete flexibility. If you choose not to have any of the offered facilities 30%          of the given value of the service would be deducted and it will be used to provide additional service of your          choice. For example, if you choose not to have health insurance cover then we would deduct 30% of the value of          this benefit offered under the plan and give say, additional room night if you so choose.

2.     Can we get our money back for any facilities that we do not want?

Ans. Yes, after deducting 30% administration charges, out of the value of that benefit the amount can be refunded to          you.

3.     Does Panoramic Group have affiliations with other Chain of Hotels / Clubs in India?
