Amla (Emblica officinalis):
Chemically contains about 80% Ascorbic acid (Vit. C). Also contains Sugar, Albumin and minerals. Other ingredients are Tanic acid, Gallic Acid, Phosphorus, Calcium, Iron.

Composition – Fruit contains 11 ½ %
Saponin, 10% Glucose, Seed contains 45.4% oil

Shikakai (Acacia Concinno):
Fruit contains saponin, Malic acid 12.75% Glucose, 13.9% Tanin
