The tenure of Pancard Clubs Ltd. Membership period is depends upon membership scheme.

Membership Entry Fees to be compulsorily paid only once at the time of first purchase of the room night. Membership Entry Fees paid in cash shall not be refunded/adjusted in case Cheque/s is / are dishonoured.

 

Cheque(s) / Demand Draft(s) is / are to be issued in favour of PANCARD CLUBS LTD., payable at Mumbai / Regional Offices of the Company. Cheque(s) / Demand Draft(s) is / are accepted subject to realisation and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Regional Offices of the Company.

The Company shall not be responsible for any payments made by cash unless accompanied by Company's proper receipt. The Agent's Memo is valid subject to deposition & realisation of the cheque to the Company.

Please fill the form in English using BLOCK LETTERS. A Magistrate or a Notary Public or a Special Executive Magistrate under his/her official seal must attest Thumb impression and signatures other than in English / Hindi / Gujarati / Marathi or any other language specified in the 8th Schedule to the Constitution of India. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
