Definitions:
Member: shall mean the person who has subscribed to minimum of 12 room nights/24 half room nights in the Pancard Clubs Ltd. Platinum Membership.
Room: shall mean Standard Non AC, accommodation provided for a couple and a child below 5 years of age.
Entitlement of Room Nights: shall mean the number of nights a member is entitled to as per the eligibility of Platinum Membership. It shall mean ACCOMMODATION ONLY that shall be provided to the member.
Offer Price: shall mean the discounted/special price offered by the company to the member on account of advance room nights purchased/bought by the member. Offer Price per room night is Rs. 550/- and Rs. 275/- for a half room night.
Surrender Value: shall mean the current value of a room night as computed by the company at various intervals of time and depending on the prevailing demand/supply conditions in the Hotel Industry.
Holiday Record Book: shall mean the records of Offer Price paid and entitlement of room nights and as updated every time additional room nights are bought.
