Members are advised to use the
discount card once in a month to patronize the establishments
enlisted and registered in our PANCARD DIRECTORY.
Eligibility for discounts shall be subject to the
terms and conditions agreed with the respective establishments.
In the event of denial of discount or any service
or facility by any establishment, such denial or refusal
of service should be notified to the company in writing
within three working days of such denial or refusal.
On receipt of any grievance the company will examine
the case on its merits and if the grievance/complaint
is found to be true, the company shall take appropriate
steps to redress the grievance/complaint of the member.
Members may kindly note that the discount, service
or facility remains valid but subject to Act of God,
Act of State or Vis-Majeur.
NOMINATIONS: Member has to appoint
a single nominee and provide details of the same as
required in the membership application form. In case
of natural / accidental death of the member, membership
shall be transferred in the name of the nominee. Nominee
as mentioned in the membership application form shall
be entitled/eligible for:
(i) Entitlement of unused room nights.
(ii) Settlement of claim amount, if any, from The
New India Assurance Co. Ltd.
(iii) Insurance benefits shall not be transferred
in favour of the nominee.
In case of multiple applications and different nominations
thereto provided in the membership application form
the rules applicable shall be as under.
(a) Entitlement of unused room night/s shall be transferred
to the respective nominee as contained in the respective
membership application form.
(b) Insurance claim, if any, settled by The New India
Assurance Co. Ltd. shall become payable to the nominee
contained in the first membership application form.
The company shall entertain no rival claimants.
